A Yoruba proverb says:

"Ewe gbogbo kiki ogun" All the leaves are medicine.

Since Mother Nature created these gifts that can be used to heal us, we need to respect and honor our environment. Younger ones must listen to elders who know how to use and apply different leaves to cure our illnesses so we don't lose the value of our natural medicines.

If we look at the lines or veins of a leaf and look at the lines and veins on our bodies, we are reminded of our relationship with Mother Nature. This jacket, Medicine Leaves, is a tribute to the energy of traditional, natural, healing herbs.
